Thank you for shopping with DeenDealz. We aim to provide quality products sourced from trusted third-party suppliers. Because we operate as a dropshipping business, our return and refund process may differ from traditional retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
The issue must be reported to us within typically 24 hrs of delivery.
You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
The problem is due to customer misuse or accidental damage.
The item is listed as non-returnable (e.g., personal care items, intimate products, custom items).
The return request is submitted after the return window has closed.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or are missing items from your order:
Contact us within 24hrs with photos of what you received.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost or depending on availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us immediately within first 24 hrs after delivery at deendealzinfo@gmail.com with photos/videos.
We will review the issue and arrange either:
A replacement, A reshipment.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or supplier restrictions:
Personal care or hygiene products
Digital products
Items marked “Final Sale”

Return Shipping Costs
For non-quality-related returns (if allowed), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Due to our dropshipping model, returns may need to be shipped directly to the supplier’s warehouse—not to DeenDealz.
Instructions will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellation
Orders can't be cancelled once it has been placed.
After this period, the order is already being processed by our supplier, and cancellation may not be possible.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer traditional exchanges.
If an item qualifies, we will either:
